Exchanges & Returns
We don't provide product exchanges currently, but you do have the option of returning your products. If you want to get another product, colour or size, you will have to place a new order on our website.
If you have placed an order and would like to cancel or modify it later, please email us at email@example.com or click "Contact Us" ASAP. Our friendly customer service will do all that we can to stop the order from being processed or shipped. But there is no guarantee that we will be able to stop it in time. If your order has been dispatched, we will have no way to cancel it. But you can return the parcel received for a refund. Once receiving the item back (shipping charges will be paid by customer), we'll arrange a refund (original shipping charges are non-refundable) in 7 working days.
How do I return a product?
It's easy. Just follow these procedures.
1. If you want to make a return ,please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org firstly or click "Contact Us" directly.
2. Please tell us your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and the return reasons.
3. We will email you a return confirmation and the return address.
4. Then you can drop off the parcel at your nearest post office.
5. We will notify you by email once we receive and processe your return.
6. Then you will be refunded via your original method of payment.
If the item(s) is out of stock, we will contact you firstly.
If you don't reply us in 3 days, we will ship out in-stock item(s), and give you refund of out-of-stock item(s).
Items should be shipped with a return tag attached with the following information:
(1) Your Order Number
(2) Product Code/Product Name
(3) Details of the reason for your return
For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back to us through a traceable carrier. Most major carriers offer tracking information, for example, Royal Mail.
